What Pehlu stores

Pehlu stores your account details, profile and delivery preferences, daily answers, saved reflections, evidence extracts and weekly insight or correction history in Supabase so you can use your journal and review your progress.

AI processing

When Pehlu creates a reflection or weekly insight, it sends the relevant answer text to OpenRouter and the model provider that processes the request. Weekly evidence checks also include an internal answer identifier and answer date so Pehlu can verify and save the cited evidence. Pehlu does not intentionally include your account email in those AI prompts. The selected model provider processes the text to return the requested structured response.

Pehlu requests routing only to providers that deny data collection and support zero data retention. If no provider can meet those settings, AI generation may be unavailable. OpenRouter describes its routing controls and provider data practices in its privacy documentation. Review the current terms for OpenRouter and the selected model provider before sharing sensitive information.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Pehlu uses Microsoft Clarity only on the public landing page to understand how that page is used. Pehlu does not load Clarity on sign-in, account, journal, reflection, Telegram, billing or payment pages. Pehlu does not send your name, email, account ID, journal entries or other sensitive content to Clarity.

Telegram

If you connect Telegram and enable notifications, Pehlu stores your Telegram chat identifier and sends the daily question and weekly review there. Telegram processes those messages under its own terms. Turn notifications off in your profile to stop future scheduled messages; you can also send /stop to Pehlu’s bot.

Your choices

You can change your preferences, turn off notifications, or permanently delete your Pehlu account and associated journal data from Profile. Account deletion removes your Pehlu account and the records tied to it.

About insights

Pehlu’s AI reflections and insights are tentative prompts for self-reflection, not facts, diagnoses, therapy or medical advice. You can add context, correct or reject an interpretation.
